As we all know vegetables have its growing seasons, so what is the best production season for Dried Vegetables? Fist, factory will keep producing during the whole year because plants have different harvest seasons, but they will decide what they produce based on three main ways.
Customers usually give us their annual purchasing plans at the beginning of the year. Therefore, factory will produce products based on all customers` demands when the harvest season and keep extra products in cold storage for the year. If dried vegetables storage in proper condition, the shelf-life is 12 months.
Also, factory will always produce commonly use products every year even we don`t get purchasing plans from customers; for example, Carrot, Cabbage, Tomato, Green Onion and etc. These products have huge market so we will always keep its inventory.
The third situation is factory production department will make manufacturing plan based on last year sales for some special offers. Even though some kinds of dried vegetables will not commonly use in the market, but factory will keep small inventories for special orders.
In conclusion, factory is always in manufacturing no matter it`s Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. However, in different season, factory produces different products.
